Conference

We co-host an annual brain injury conference.

Helmet Fittings

Safety - one child at a time.

We will assist parents in adjusting helmets, and making sure the correct size helmet is used to provide adequate protection.

Employer/Employee Education

The Brain Injury Association of Wyoming maintains an extensive library of written and visual materials. If your employees are required to work with brain injury survivors, we may have just the training materials you need! Library materials may be checked out for free with some limitations.
Please check out our library pages for more information.

Helmet Scholarship Program

Thanks to various donations and grants we are able to offer bicycle and other types of helmets to children at a low cost, ($5 for bicycle helmets, $10 for all-sport helmets).

Other helmets may also be available at a reduced price. In addition, there are some helmet scholarships available. Don't let your child ride without a helmet, just because you can't afford one!

Reward Deserving Children

Mattel Toys have provided toys for 3-8 year old children as a reward for wearing their helmets. Do you know a deserving child who ALWAYS wears their helmet? Give us a call and ask about the program.

Brainy Bear Program

Brainy Bear Program materials are available for download at www.biausa.org, and you may check out a Brainy Bear puppet to assist you in providing brain injury awareness education to pre-schoolers.  There is no cost for the use of the bears, and we can help you to organize a presentation tailored to your specific needs.

On the Road

The Brain Injury Association of Wyoming is available to provide a vendor display at conferences and/or seminars.  We can provide a quality display with materials and information for your attendees to take home and share.
