BIAA Comments on Federally Facilitated Exchanges

27-Jun-2012 Last month, BIAA presented comments on the Health and Human Service’s (HHS’s) Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight’s (CCIIO’s) newly released “General Guidance on Federally Facilitated Exchanges. (FFE)” The Guidance describes the concept of the FFE, which will operate in states that do not have a fully operational state Exchange in place by 2014. BIAA made several observations and recommendations to Mike Hash, FFE’s interim director.
