HHS Provides FAQ on Essential Health Benefits

27-Feb-2012 The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released a ‘frequently asked questions’ document (FAQ) on the essential health benefits bulletin that was released in December 2011. Go here to download the FAQ on essential health benefits.

HHS stated it will release regulations to the Affordable Care Act in the near future. BIAA is closely monitoring this issue and will update stakeholders as new information related to the Affordable Care Act is released from HHS.
