The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel

The 2008 National Brain Injury Caregivers’ Conference will be held at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport Hotel, just minutes from Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

The Westin DFW Airport Hotel offers National Brain Injury Caregivers’ Conference participants a convenient location, economical accommodations, and complimentary transportation to and from DFW Airport. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the Westin’s signature Heavenly Bed® and refresh in its spacious bathrooms.

Conference hotel rates are $119.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. These rates are available until May 13, 2008 or until the block is full, whichever occurs first.  Conference rates are valid three days before and after the conference.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation and Early Departure Policy: Westin DFW Hotel reservations are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy.  Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a no show fee of one night’s room and tax. The Westin DFW has an early departure fee of $50.00. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is conveniently located just minutes from the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel. The Westin DFW Airport Hotel offers complimentary 24-hour pick-up and drop-off from DWF airport.  Once you have your luggage, call the Westin at (972) 929-4500 with your gate and terminal information and they will let you know when and where to meet the shuttle.

Love Field is located 14 miles from the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel. Taxis and Airport Shuttles are also available at Love Field and at DFW, along with rental cars.
