Our commitment to individuals and families suffering from traumatic brain injury extends far beyond the courtroom.

For over three decades, Cohen, Placitella & Roth has brought an unwavering commitment and dedication to the legal representation of traumatic brain injury survivors and their families. We have represented infants with cerebral palsy as a result of medical negligence, senior citizens who are the victims of serious falls, and brain injury victims of every age, circumstance and cause in-between. We are advocates for brain injury victims and their families.

We understand the very serious consequences of all brain injuries, including the so-called “mild traumatic brain injury.” At Cohen, Placitella & Roth, no brain injury is “mild” and our tenacity and pursuit of justice on your behalf reflects that.

Cohen, Placitella & Roth senior partner and founder Stewart L. Cohen personally leads this practice area. He served as president of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania and is a long time Board Member Emeritus of United Cerebral Palsy. Mr. Cohen has successfully represented brain injury survivors and their families earning a “Top 100 Jury Verdict” in the United States. He has lectured at Harvard Medical School, taught at Temple University Law School and Penn State University and is a frequent speaker and author on the representation of brain injury survivors, proof of traumatic brain injury, and the ethical requirements in the representation of brain injury survivors and their families.
