Within the past 24 months, I or one of my “immediate family members” received personal compensation for the following: Serving as journal editor, an associate editor, or as a member of an editorial advisory board; Invited lectures on TBI and depression for St Luke’s hospital in Spokane, WA; to GF Strong rehabilitation hospital in Vancouver, BC; to Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN; Provided motivational interviewing training for MED-IQ, but for MS not TBI; Was a speaker for EMD Serono on the topic of motivational interviewing, but this related to MS not TBI.
Within the past 24 months and during the three-year course of the project under consideration, I or one of my immediate family members received or will receive financial or material research support or compensation from the following: PI NIDRR Spinal Cord Injury Model System grant ($2.3M over 5 years 2011-2016); Patient Centered Outcome Research Institute (Co-Investigator $1.5M over 3 years); National Institutes of Health (Co-Pl with Jesse Fann-grant ended almost 2 years ago; about $600K over 3 years); NIDRR FIP (Co-Pl with Jesse Fann-grant ended almost 2 years ago; about $600K over 3 years).
