Cindy Roth Pahr has been an educator in both special and general education, teaching, training, and curriculum development since 1982. She is on the National Board for American Certification of Brain Injury Specialists. She also has extensive experience working with children who have experienced brain injuries.

Disclosures:

Within the last 24 months, have you rendered, or in the next two years, will you render clinical services or support services (whether diagnostic, therapeutic, educational, case management, or similar) to persons with TBI or their family members and caregivers, as an independent professional or employee of a for-profit or not-for-profit organization?: I work 4 days per week for San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) as the Brain Injury Services Coordinator as well as provide training of teachers/parents/support staff and direct service to students with acquired brain injuries. One day a week, I provide private consultation services for school districts and families regarding support for children with acquired brain injuries. I receive a salary at SDUSD and an hourly compensation rate as a private consultant.

Within the past 24 months, I or one of my “immediate family members” received personal compensation for the following: My school district provided travel expenses to ACBIIS board meetings in the 2013-14 school year; I am provided hourly compensation for my consulting services; Serving as SDUSD’s Brain Injury Services Coordinator; I am provided compensation for my training on supports for students with acquired brain injuries as a part of a consulting contracts for outside school districts.

Within the past 24 months and during the three-year course of the project under consideration, I or one of my immediate family members received or will receive financial or material research support or compensation from the following: School Districts contracts for my consultation services.

In the past 24 months and during the three-year course of the project, I have or will: May provide expert opinion on consulting cases regarding individuals with brain injury (e.g. expert testimony, prepared affidavit, and/or witness/consultant).
