The Corson & Johnson Law Firm represents people harmed by wrongful conduct and defective products. From offices in Eugene, our four attorneys and support staff serve people all over Oregon. We have represented many survivors of brain injuries. Don Corson has tried cases for brain injury survivors since the 1990s.  Case examples are shown on our firm website, and include verdicts in the seven figures and above.

Don Corson is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, both invitation-only national professional organizations that recognize trial experience and expertise.  Don is a former President of the Oregon Trial Lawyer Association and is its 2020 Distinguished Trial Lawyer.  He is also recognized in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He works hard to keep current on traumatic brain injury legal matters, and has spoken and written professionally on these matters.
