Categories: Public Awareness

Share your story. Take the opportunity now – or at any time in the future – to join our community by sharing own story in writing. Submit via our online form.

Get social. Create your own social media graphic to share using our templates. Or keep it simple with a printable “I am more than my brain injury” sign. Survivors, caregivers, and advocates are encouraged to write whatever feels right and then post to social. Click here to download the sign

Amplify the voices of others. Download ready-made materials based on the stories of others then post their stories to your channel and tag us!

Be colorful. Explore your artistic side with #MoreThanMyBrainInjury coloring sheets. Download the activity, print, and color. Keep your image for yourself or then upload it to social to participate in the campaign in an anonymous way.

Create. Use the #MoreThanMyBrainInjury icon in a way that feels meaningful. BIAA permits unrestricted icon use as long as it is for awareness, advocacy, or fundraising for a brain injury-related cause. Click here to download the icon.

Don’t forget to use #MoreThanMyBrainInjury and tag BIAA in your posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Our awareness campaign toolkit wouldn’t be complete without printable posters. We’ve created posters about brain injuries from car crashes, concussion, stroke, anoxic/hypoxic injuries, violence, and more. All posters are available for download in our Resource Center.
