Disclosures:

Within the last 24 months, have you rendered, or in the next two years, will you render clinical services or support services (whether diagnostic, therapeutic, educational, case management, or similar) to persons with TBI or their family members and caregivers, as an independent professional or employee of a for-profit or not-for-profit organization?: < 5% of my time. I work as a PT in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in a not for profit rehabilitation hospital and see a range of all neurological diagnosis. At this time I work about 16 hours / week in the clinic and I would say I see about 1 patient a week with brain injury on average. Compensation would not be effected.

Within the past 24 months, I or one of my “immediate family members” received personal compensation for the following: I have received travel compensation from the American Physical Therapy Association for a professional national conference in the last 2 years; I have received internal honorariums for speaking through the not for profit rehabilitation hospital that I work with regarding topics that indirectly may involve the brain injury population.

Do you have one or more significant nonfinancial competing interests?: Participated in the APTA’s EDGE Committee that developed recommendations for outcome measures in the BI population. This commitment is completed.
