Pamela Sherron Targett has worked in field of disability and employment at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA since 1986. She is currently the Director of Special Projects for VCU-RRTC. From 1988 until 2006 she directed a supported employment service for individuals with severe disabilities, including people with TBI. She assists with developing and implementing online courses for vocational rehabilitation professionals and various research projects related to the employment of individuals with physical disabilities, including TBI, and transition of youth from school to work.
